1) In Photoshop (Extended only, IIRC all CC users get this) do File->Scripts->Statistics…

(2) In the resulting dialogue select your files, Select “Mean” in the drop-down and tick “Attempt to Automatically Align Source Images”.

(3) Wait for it all to happen

(4) Crop to suit
